Cheyenne Holt, MSW, LSW

(she/her/hers)

outpatient therapist

I am a licensed social worker with a master’s degree in social work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology. My experience has provided me skills in applying therapy approaches that are person-centered, strengths-based, and family-focused. I have worked closely with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. My special interests are working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as women and the LGBTQ+ community. However, I am always eager to support all individuals and believe that one’s mental health should be met with openness and compassion.

When working with clients, I focus on aiding you in understanding your strengths and the ongoing relationship between yourself and your environment. I hold value in the belief that you are the professional of your life; I am here to provide support and guidance so that your overall well-being may improve. I do this by viewing therapy as a form of collaboration and providing an environment that is safe and supportive. Whether you desire a space to feel safe in sharing or have clear goals to reach, I am open to your unique needs and will encourage self-advocacy when working together.
